Severe bleeding in hemophilia patients with inhibitor is one of the most challenging medical emergency problems.Here, we report a case of a 40-year-old hemophilia patient with two consecutive life threatening bleeding episodes. We would like to share our experience with this difficult bleeding case and discuss the managing strategy of the hemophilia patients with inhibitor.
